leadership and followers and how there isn’t really a leader if no one is
following him/her! Also, Derek talks
about how if there is someone who has an awesome idea and you want to stand
behind him or her, it’s your passion too, do it and more will follow! Then your movement is started! Take the courage to step up and work at your
goals and you will get there!
